Amanda has long been a fan of Danielle LaPorte, the author of a self-improvement/self-defining book called The Desire Map. Danielle's idea is that instead of setting up goals for yourself, you should set up the ways that you want to feel, and the feeling should be the endgame rather than the more tangible "goal." Makes sense, right?
